Secrets of Sending Energy at a Distance
There are a myriad of ways to send energy at a distance. We’ll cover a few of them here but the prime purpose of this page is to solicit feedback from those who do this “professionally.” That way we can all sharpen our skills as powerful energy senders. This knowledge can only help us improve our abilities and in turn help those who we send those good positive vibrations to!
So, if you do energy sending or healing work or are engaged in any type of healing therapies or distant healing please let us know the method you use to send energy. We would be grateful for any information you can share regarding the process and any tips you can give to make the process more effective for all of our energy senders and their recipients. According to a number of distant healers and energy senders one of the primary factors when sending spiritual energy to someone at a distance is “intention.” There is real power in focusing the energy you are sending with the intention of manifesting the desired result for the person who needs it. Although some healers prefer a picture of the person to help them concentrate others feel it is not necessary.
It is said that once the recipient and those sending them the energy are clear on their intention the universe comes into play to help make sure the energy reaches the specific person who requested it. And, of course distance is no object.
Obviously the more time you are able to devote to sending energy to a particular person it is logical to assume that there will be a better chance to obtained the desire outcome. So make sure to devote enough time to visualize the person in your mind and then see them being healed or helped in the manner best suited to help them. In other words unless you’re say a professional energy healer who knows how to actually scan the aura and body to help heal, it would be best to send the loving energy to the person with the thought or intention that the proper outcome be reached for the highest good of the person without putting restrictions on how the universe should actually go about manifesting it.
Again, if you regularly help others through distant healing or energy sending please describe the method you use as well as any tips or exercises that you feel could help the ordinary person enhance their energy sending ability.

HI EVERYONE,
MY NAME IS MASON AND I JUST STARTED REALLY GETTING IN TO THE NICHE OF THINGS (HEALING). I CAN ENERGISE WATER, FOOD, PEOPLE, AND VERY QUICK LIKE. MY WIFE HAS TOLD ME IM PRETTY GOOD, AS IVE DONE WORK ON HER! You can transfer energy using a Pendulum and two white candles if you need a more physical feeling of “sending it out.” Using the candle on the left to represent the querent and the right candle as yourself….place them out about a foot apart and meditate for a few minutes gathering up your energies and clear your head. Light the candles and ask the universe for protection and guidance and the ability to send healing energies out to the person you wish. Take your pendulum in your right hand and hold it in the center until it begins to swing visualizing the energy from your candle swinging over to the querents candle, healing them with white light. Visualize the querent happy, looking and feeling happy. I like to call it being “in a good way”! Do this until you feel tha you have done all you can, until u feel complete. When finished, blow out the candles knowing you have done something positive for your friends and that u need to accept the things you cannot change have the courage to change what yo can and have the wisdom to know the difference.
