You might want to phrase your request in such a manner that others will be sending you energy to help you shed pounds in whatever way is the most beneficial for you. In other words, in this instance you don’t have to be specific in your request regarding how you are going to lose say 40 lbs., just that you want to lose it!

I really need to lose 20kg (44 pounds) As soon as possible.. I’m only in my early teens and I’m already the fattest girl in class. Not a day passes without me being self-concious of the way the flab on my body wobbles and jiggles as I move. People tease me and laugh at me.. week by week my jeans become tighter. I have tried dieting but it doesn’t work. It only makes me gain more weight.. Please someone.. Help me asap.. please.

I need to lose 40 pounds for health and overall appearance. I want to exercise more and on a regular basis. I want to choose the right foods to put in my body and want to turn away from the foods that are not good for me.

since I became a teen I gaine wheight and suddenly my jean couldnt fit me
so I became sad and since then I gain more fat recently I start to loose wheight but I tough I was going to lose more but no it wont stop to go to 235 at 330 then up again to 235 it go up and go between those number
what I want is to weight 120 lbs

I have a tummy & (apparently — my booty has grown) according to the family. Who now refers to me ( who used to be a size 3 ) as “Healthy” ! Hmmmm… Here’s hoping the pounds shed like Magic!
